The first pool day of summer..

yes. today, i put aside my fears and got in the pool. it was FREEZING COLD. i didn't get all the way in, just about up to my neck and then decided it was better to hang out by the side *even tho i did put my feet in. =)* this was an accomplishment for me. for those who know me well, they know i hardly use my pool. but today i did get me some sun, thank goodness. so let me tell you a little of my week. this has been the first week i've had absolutely nothing to do. aka.. AN OFFICIAL SUMMER BREAK. and it has been wonderful. my nephew, kevin, graduated kindergarten on monday. it was so cute. i dont even remember what i did tuesday. wednesday, we went up to vol state to finalize everything. sometime in the next couple weeks i'll register. even tho its just vol state, it still feels pretty cool. last night i went to church, and found out chris andrews and the mclaughlins are moving. i had no idea. so that was upsetting, and not to mention that last night was our last service for the summer. it was a good service tho. at midnight last night, me and jo went with ty and lisa to see indiana jones. it was a good movie. i haven't seen any of the other films, so i didn't know much of the story line.. but the action was pretty cool. in a week, we leave for camp. i'm pumped and absolutely cannot wait. =) and i'm reading a new book my cousin told me about. its called The Shack and its really good so far. i'll give a review when i'm done with it. =)
